How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 2 business days of receipt of order. Depending on your shipping destination, delivery takes approximately:
- Standard shipping- 3-5 Business Days
- 2-Day- 2 Business Days
- Overnight- 1 Business Day
For 2-Day and Overnight shipping your order must be placed by 10:00am PST for it to ship the same day.
Please allow additional processing time for all orders placed during November and December.
Standard Transit Times
Orders shipping to AK, HI, PO boxes, APO and FPO
All orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, or APO and FPO address will be shipped via USPS Priority mail. The shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Apartment #'s, Gate Codes, Suite or Unit #'s
If your address requires a gate code to get access to your residence, FedEx needs the gate code listed on the address label prior to shipment. If your address requires an apartment, suite, or unit number, add this information to the address before you checkout. If this information is not listed and the package is returned, additional charges will apply to re-ship it.

We guarantee delivery only to the address given to us. If an incorrect address is given it will not be forwarded, it will be returned to us. If you want us to re-ship your order additional shipping charges will apply.
If an order is damaged upon receipt, please notify us at 888-324-4600. Do not throw away any of the damaged packaging. FedEx requires proof of damage and we may ask for a digital image of the damaged package. To receive a new order, we may require you to ship us back the damaged order.
