Soft Boiled egg and Pistachio Toast


  • 1 Soft Boiled Egg
  • 1 piece of Toast
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1/4 cup Pistachio Kernels
  •  cracked black pepper

First step is to make your soft-boiled eggs which are prepared differently than hard boiled eggs. Bring a sauce pan of water to a boil over medium to high heat. Gently lower each egg, directly from the refrigerator, one at a time into the boiling water with a slotted spoon. Boil for exactly 7 minutes and adjust the heat as necessary to maintain a gentle boil.

While the eggs are boiling, fill a bowl with cold water and ice cubes. When the eggs are done boiling, spoon out each egg and put it into the cold water and let chill for about 2 minutes or until slightly warm.

Toast your favorite kind of bread to a nice medium brown.

Peal and cut up 1/4 of a ripe avocado. Add the slices of avocado to your toast. Take a fork and gently press on the avocado to spread across your toast.

Remove shells and chop your roasted salted pistachio kernels and sprinkle on top of your toast.

Cut your soft boiled egg in half. Add to the top of your toast.

Add cracked pepper to your hearts desire and enjoy!
