Pistachio, Kiwi, Banana Smoothie Bowl
- 1 frozen Banana
- 1 medium kiwi
- 1/4 cup chopped Yurosek Farms Pistachios
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup sweetened almond milk
- Pomegranate seeds
- chia seeds
prep time: 5 minutes
total time: 10 minutes
Place banana, kiwi, baby spinach, and almond milk in blender. Blend until smooth. If the consistency is too runny at ice and blend again.
Pour in a bowl and top with pistachios, pomegranate seeds, chia seeds, and cut up kiwi.
Can be enjoyed for Breakfast or Dessert!
