Hearty Spinach & Pistachio Salad


  •  Baby Spinach
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/4 cup Gorgonzola Cheese
  •  Handful Pistachio Kernels
  • 3 Sun dried Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Croutons

total time: 15 minutes

Wash and pat dry your baby spinach and place in a bowl.

Cut up 1/2 of an avocado and add to your bowl.

Cut gorgonzola cheese into cubes and add to bowl.

Shell Yurosek Farms Roasted Salted Pistachios and add the pistachio kernels to the bowl.

Take 3 sun dried tomatoes and cut in small pieces and add to bowl.

Add your croutons and favorite dressing. Toss and enjoy!
