Ingredients:

  •  Cooking Spray
  • 4 ounces dark chocolate (70 percent cacao)
  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon cracked sea salt or pink Himalayan salt

Directions:

prep time: 10 minutes

total time: 40 minutes

Lightly spray an 8-inch glass pan with cooking spray. Line the pan with parchment paper. Let a good amount of parchment paper hang over the side so it is easy to remove when done.

To melt your chocolate in the microwave, break up your chocolate into even size pieces and place in a microwave safe bowl. Set you cook time to 2 minutes and start your microwave. Take the bowl out every 15-20 seconds and stir until melted. It may not take the full 2 minutes to melt.

Pour your melted chocolate into your glass pan with a spatula. Use the spatula to even out the chocolate. Sprinkle your chopped pistachios and coarse sea salt or pink Himalayan salt. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until completely set.

Once set, pull the parchment paper that is hanging over the side to remove the chocolate. Peel of the parchment paper and break into pieces.
