Yurosek Farms Pistachio Muffins
- 4 each Eggs, beaten
- 1 each Box golden butter cake
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 each Box of Pistachio flavored instant pudding
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup Raw Yurosek Farms Pistachios, chopped
1. Sift flour and cake mix together.
2. Add pistachio pudding and mix.
3. Add wet ingredients and stir well.
4. Fold in chopped Yurosek Farms Pistachios
5. Pour into muffin tins that is lined with muffin liners
6. Sprinkle sugar on top
7. Bake at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes
