Pistachio Pesto

Ingredients:
- 3 cups Packed, fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Shelled, roasted/salted Yurosek Farms Pistachios, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, peeled
- 1/2 teaspoon Cracked pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions:

total time: 5 minutes
Place basil, parmesan cheese, Yurosek Farms Pistachios, garlic, salt and pepper in food processor or blender; pulse until finely chopped.
While your food processor or blender is still running, add your olive oil and process until smooth.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days in an air tight container.
Helpful Tips:
To keep them at their freshest, store Yurosek Farms Pistachios in a refrigerated, airtight container.
For maximum flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
