Pistachio Pesto


  • 3 cups Packed, fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Shelled, roasted/salted Yurosek Farms Pistachios, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, peeled
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cracked pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Place basil, parmesan cheese, Yurosek Farms Pistachios, garlic, salt and pepper in food processor or blender; pulse until finely chopped.

While your food processor or blender is still running, add your olive oil and process until smooth.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days in an air tight container.

To keep them at their freshest, store Yurosek Farms Pistachios in a refrigerated, airtight container.

For maximum flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
