Q: How do I ship my order to someone other than myself?
A: Once you click on an item you want to send, next to the product picture is a box that allows you to type the name of the person you wish to ship to. Once you enter in the person's name and quantity, click add to cart.
Q: How do I ship the same item to 2 or more people?
A: Once you click on an item you want to send, next to the product picture is a box that allows you to type the name of the person you wish to ship to. Enter the person's name and quantity and click add to cart. You can do this step over and over for the same item. Once you get to the cart you will see that same item divided up between the multiple people you chose to ship to.
Q: How do I ship multiple items to multiple recipients?
A: Follow the steps on how to ship your order to someone else (see above). Once one item is added to your cart, continue shopping by clicking on the category in which you want to order from. Once you find your next item, enter the person's name and quantity, then click add to cart. In your cart you will see the designated items for your multiple recipients.
Q: How do I calculate shipping costs before I place my order?
A: Reference or Shipping page https://www.yurosekfarms.com/shipping to see our shipping cost. The shipping charge will apply to each recipient's order. (i.e. if you are shipping to 7 people and each subtotal is $24.50, then the shipping charge for each person will be $9.99)
Q: How do I apply a discount code?
A: Once you have added an item to your cart, there is a box to enter your discount code right above the checkout button.
Q: How come my order confirmation says my order is shipping to me and not the person I designated it to ship to?
A: If you order confirmation says your order is shipping to you but you want it to go to someone else, please contact us immediately to fix this. Once the order is shipped, we will not be able to recover the package. If the order gets returned there will be an additional shipping charge to resend out the package.
Q: How do I send a gift note with my order?
A: Once you have added your items to your cart and you have moved onto the Shipping Information page, there is a spot to enter a gift message for each recipient.
Product Storage & Shelf Life:
Storage Tips: For long term storage, pistachios should be stored in an air tight container in the refrigerator. To restore crispness, remove from packaging and heat in the oven at 180 degrees F for 10-15 minutes.
Shelf Life: 12 months, when stored in an air tight container in the refrigerator or a cool, dry place.
