We know that you will love our product, however if you are not fully satisfied with our Gourmet Nuts please contact us for a refund. If your purchase is under a pound then you may keep the product and we will send you a refund. If your purchase is over a pound then you can send back the product at our cost, and get a full refund.
SUBSTITUTIONS: To ensure the best quality and service in our products, we may need to substitute an item with something of equal or greater value.

STANDARD SHIPPING- UPS GROUND
UPS NEXT DAY, 2 DAY & 3 DAY: If you select UPS Next Day, 2 Day or 3 Day, your order must be placed by 9:00 am PST for it to be shipped out the same day. Shipping cost will be calculated by the method chosen, weight of the package, and destination.
USPS ORDERS: USPS rates are based on weight and destination. You can either select USPS as your shipping method on our website, or over the phone.
PO BOX & APO/FPO: All PO Box and APO/FPO orders MUST be shipped via USPS. USPS rates are based on weight and destination. If UPS is selected as the shipping method when you checkout, the order will not be shipped and it will delay your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please call 888-324-4600 for a shipping quote for all International orders.
PROCESSING TIME: Orders ship from our warehouse within 2 business days of receipt of order. Please allow additional processing time for all orders place during November and December.
DELIVERY: We are not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses. However, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur on the address provided for recipient. We are not responsible for packages left unattended by UPS or FedEx at your doorstep.
DAMAGED PACKAGES: If an order is damaged upon receipt, please notify us at 888-324-4600. Do not throw away any of the damaged packaging. UPS requires proof of damage and we may ask for a digital image of the damaged package. To receive a new order, we may require you to ship us back the damaged order.
TRACKING INFORMATION: Once the order is shipped, an email from UPS or USPS will be sent to you with the tracking information.
