Yurosek Farms takes great measures to ensure your product comes in perfect condition. We take satisfaction in the amazing attention to detail we provide every step of the way.  Our products are handled with care from start to finish. 

Our Guarantee

We know that you will love our product, however if you are not fully satisfied with our Gourmet Nuts please contact us for a refund.  If your purchase is under a pound then you may keep the product and we will send you a refund.  If your purchase is over a pound then you can send back the product at our cost, and get a full refund.

SUBSTITUTIONS: To ensure the best quality and service in our products, we may need to substitute an item with something of equal or greater value.

Shipping

Orders are processed daily, and we make every effort to ship them out in a timely manner. Allow extra time during holidays or for large orders.

-All orders are shipped UPS Ground. Please provide a physical address with all orders. 
-UPS will not ship to APO/FPO/PO boxes. 

Please call if other shipping requirements are necessary.

Yurosek Farms is not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses. However, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur on the address provided for recipient or if a package is left unattended by UPS at your doorstep.  If you receive a damaged package, or damaged goods please do not accept the UPS package, and notify Yurosek Farms immediately so that we may replace your order.

Tracking Information

We currently use UPS as our carrier. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Tracking information can also be accessed from your account under Order History.

Privacy Policy

Yurosek Farms is committed to protecting your privacy.

Your name, address, phone, e-mail, and credit card information are necessary for the purchase and delivery of our products. Since we use services to accept your credit card payment, we never receive or have access to your actual credit card number.

We do not rent, sell, or otherwise make available our customer list or any of your personal information to anyone, ever.

We read every e-mail message that comes to us, and will make every attempt to respond back within 48 hours of its receipt.
