Our GuaranteeWe know that you will love our product, however if you are not fully satisfied with our Gourmet Nuts please contact us for a refund. If your purchase is under a pound then you may keep the product and we will send you a refund. If your purchase is over a pound then you can send back the product at our cost, and get a full refund. SUBSTITUTIONS: To ensure the best quality and service in our products, we may need to substitute an item with something of equal or greater value. ShippingOrders are processed daily, and we make every effort to ship them out in a timely manner. Allow extra time during holidays or for large orders. -All orders are shipped UPS, FedEx or USPS. address with all orders. Please call if other shipping requirements are necessary. Yurosek Farms is not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses. However, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur on the address provided for recipient. We arenot responsible for packages left unattended by UPS or FedEx at your doorstep. If you receive a damaged package, or damaged goods please do not accept the UPS or FedEx package, and notify Yurosek Farms immediately so that we may replace your order.
