This is my grandson Shaun.  He has autism.  With autistic children it is sometimes very difficult to get them to eat healthy snacks.  In Shaun's case he has a very limited type of foods that he eats.  He also does not get enough fiber in his diet.  When I got to visit him I take the pistachio nuts with me and we just enjoy each others company and eat pistachios nuts together.  He enjoys cracking them apart (because it is very easy to open them) and then eating them.  This way we can have fun together and he gets that much needed fiber in his diet.

Yurosek Farms Gourmet Pistachio Nuts truly are the best pistachios nuts I have ever eaten and I have been a customer for many years.  That is the one snack that is always in my cabinet.  When I have offered them to family and friends they have always commented on how great they are.
